AI automation company

The AI automation company behind the promise of AI

Artificial Workflow is a Brisbane automation team working globally. We map operating work, connect the tools, and make the result accountable.

Who we are

An automation team shaped by real agency operations

We have run SEO and workflow automation for agency clients since 2022. That work taught us where automation earns trust and where it creates another queue. Client delivery has deadlines, changing inputs, approvals, reporting pressure, and people working across several systems. A build has to handle all of it.

We formed Artificial Workflow to apply that operating experience more directly. We do not begin with a product catalogue. We begin with the process, the volume, the failure cost, and the person who owns the outcome.

Our job is to turn those facts into a system that is clear enough to inspect and practical enough to use every week.

How we think

Three standards guide every build

Process before product

We map the current job and its exceptions before choosing software. A weak process does not become strong because a model was added.

Evidence before authority

We test against real cases and measure edits, failures, time, and cost. A workflow gets more authority only when the record supports it.

Ownership before scale

Every trigger, approval, error queue, and final output needs an owner. Growth is useful only when someone can operate the system.

Remote delivery with direct access to the builders

We are based in Brisbane, Australia and work with teams globally. Discovery calls, process interviews, build reviews, testing, training, and support can all run remotely. We record decisions and keep the workflow map current so a client does not have to reconstruct the project from chat messages.

You work with the people mapping and building the system. That keeps feedback short and makes technical tradeoffs easier to explain in operating terms.

See our AI automation services for the main ways to engage us, or browse example workflows to compare the patterns with your own process.

What clients receive

A working system and the operating detail around it

A build includes more than connected software. We provide the current and proposed workflow maps, the rules behind each automated action, the test cases used before release, and a record of access and ownership. The team can see what starts the run, what can stop it, and where a failed item goes.

We train the people who approve results and the person responsible for exceptions. We also document the normal maintenance points, including changed credentials, revised fields, new business rules, and model updates.

That material reduces dependence on us. A client should be able to understand the system, challenge a decision, and operate the common recovery steps. If ongoing support makes sense, it then begins from clear responsibilities rather than hidden knowledge.
