As we continue to grow and innovate, we are now seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our founding team and lead all aspects of our technology development.

Responsibilities:
Provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of our technology strategy, aligning it with our business objectives.
Lead and continue the development of our AI-powered automation products, primarily working with GPT-4 API, Langchain, AWS, MongoDB, Vercel, React, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and finetuning GPT models.
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture to ensure efficiency, security, and scalability.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in AI and related fields, including AI agents.
Manage technology resources and budget effectively, ensuring ROI on technology investments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our technology solutions deliver on the needs of the business and our clients.
Maintain strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the integrity and security of our data and intellectual property.

Qualifications:
5+ Years experience in software development
3+ years of AI Development or Machine Learning experience
3+ years working with API integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Expert knowledge of cloud technologies, AI, NLP, and full-stack development (React, MongoDB).
Strong experience with GPT models, including GTP3/4, prompt engineering, Langchain, and fine-tuning.
Experience working with AI agents and AutoGPT is a bonus.
Proficient in managing the engineering process using agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex, technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation:
Compensation will be on a project-by-project basis. As the company grows and the role evolves, there is the potential for a transition to a more traditional compensation structure.
